Policies

• After products are distributed to USPS we are not responsible for anything that happens during shipment . Please file claim with USPS if package has been lost.

•After products have been shipped, we are not responsible for charms that have fallen off , or other products that may have been damaged.  Repairs are free of charge for local orders. To replace missing charms it is $3 each. For custom pieces , products can be repurchased at a lower rate  PICTURES MUST BE PROVIDED. You are responsible for your own postage for repairs (non local orders). Shipping for the replacement is handled by us.
