  1. How do I customize my order and select charms? 
You physically type in charms wanted in the notes section. There is no drop down box. For example you would type: love themed, sports, food, animals, letters, numbers, hobbies, sports, sayings, tiaras, zodiac signs, birthstones designer charms(specify which designer charm) etc.

2.  Will my jewelry tarnish or turn over time?

Most  products are costume jewelry and some of which are sterling silver. With the proper care it will last longer. Please keep out of water, keep away from fragrances and oils. Properly store products in cool areas away from other jewelry,  preferably  in the packaging it comes in.


3. How long does shipping take  ?

Shipping on small orders typically takes 3-5 business days , big orders 5-7 business days. This does not include production time. 

4. Can I see my order before it is shipped ? 

Yes at checkout please provide your phone number and or email so pictures can be sent to you for approval prior to being shipped out.

5. Can I exchange or return items?

No exchanges or returns. No exceptions.

6. Do we deliver?

Yes we deliver in Palm Beach County Florida ONLY. Use code "delivery00" at checkout.

7. Do you offer pick ups ?

Yes we do !  Use code "pickup01" at checkout. Please note pick up options are only for customers located in  Palm Beach County Florida. Pickups MUST be made within ONE WEEK of being notified that your order is ready. If you fail to come pickup without contacting us your products will go back up for sale and no refund will be given. 

7. What are the store hours?

Mon-Fri 9:00am to 9:00 pm

Sat 10:00 am to 9:00 pm

Sun Closed 

Orders can be made 24/7 the site is available however I will not be available for contact before or after business hours listed above.
